Qc Lab Assistant

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **QC Lab Assistant** to join our Quality Control team in the personal care and skincare product line. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in quality control. The role will involve performing routine quality control tests, preparing samples for analysis, and maintaining proper documentation for all quality control processes, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control Testing**:

- Conduct routine quality control tests on finished goods (personal care & skincare products) to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Inspect packaging, labeling, and product consistency to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulations.
- Accurately record and report test results.

**Sample Preparation**:

- Prepare samples of finished products for testing as required by the QC department.
- Ensure that samples are correctly labeled and stored for easy tracking.

**Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all QC activities, including test results, sample logs, and inspection reports.
- Ensure all records are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support preparation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.

**Product Batch Monitoring**:

- Assist in monitoring product batches, ensuring that they meet quality specifications before release.
- Work with the production team to address any quality issues as needed.

**Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor and maintain an inventory of lab supplies and QC materials.
- Assist in ordering new materials and supplies as required.

**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Work closely with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Provide feedback to teams on quality concerns and assist in corrective actions.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to lab safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized working environment.
- Participate in safety training sessions and follow company safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No prior experience required, but any internships or experience in quality control or laboratory environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard procedures precisely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or ISO standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
