The HR Executive will oversee key human resource functions, including employee engagement, payroll, recruitment and compliance. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives. This position reports to the HR & Finance director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Foster a positive work environment by planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
- Staff reimbursement document verification
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Update HR policies and procedures as required
- Manage training needs and co-ordinate the training
- Coordinate training programs and identify up skilling opportunities for employees
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling. interviews, and selection
- Oversee the on boarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new employees.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Willing to work in Kelana Jaya

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
