Responsibility

  • Drive revenue growth by selling corporate training programs.
  • Identify and engage potential clients via calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Understand client needs and craft tailored training proposals.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Track market trends and contribute to new training offerings.
  • Support training logistics and ensure virtual platforms are ready.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Atleast 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
