Sales Executive cum Training Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive cum Training Coordinator is a dual-role position responsible for driving sales and
coordinating training programs within the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who
can seamlessly integrate sales activities with the organization and execution of training sessions,
ensuring both customer acquisition and employee development are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Responsibilities**
b. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
c. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
a. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
b. Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services.
c. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
3. Achieve Sales Target:
a. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target.
b. Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
**Training Coordination Responsibilities**
1. Plan and Organize Training Programs:
a. Plan and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training sessions.
b. Liaise with trainers, participants, and venues to ensure smooth execution.
c. Prepare training materials and resources and ensuring sufficiency of training
materials and equipment.
2. Participant Management:
a. Handle participant registrations and confirmations.
b. Address participant inquiries and provide necessary information.
c. Ensure timely communication with participants before and after training sessions.
d. Responding to complaints from customers and provide after sales support.
3. Administrative Support:
a. Maintain training records and databases.
b. Prepare training reports and evaluations.
c. Assist in development and updating of training content.d. Handle all documentation requirement for Medicskills
Qualification:
Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical
Experience: Proven experience in sales in a B2B and/or B2C environment (preferred)
Experience in training coordination or related administrative role (preferred)
