Job Description:

- To facilitate fit-out programme with tenants.
- To manage, monitor and provide support for design submissions, feedback and approvals.
- To supervise site conditions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in facilitating communication between retailers and operations colleagues for tenancy design review.
- Assist in providing design input and solution relating to environmental requirements such as signage, lightboxes, and seating within shopping malls.
- Ensure tenants comply with design guidelines as outlined in the manual and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the leasing and operations team, as well as retailers, to achieve optimal design standards.
- Anticipate potential problems/issues related to tenancy fit-out works and work closely with the mall management team to find solutions.
- Proactively follow up to ensure tenants complete fit-out works in a timely manner.
- Collate latest trends and practices for tenancy design.
- Provide tenants with store planning and design suggestions on an as-needed basis.
- Responsible for induction meetings arrangement for tenants, designers and workers.
- Establish and maintain good Landlord-Tenant relationship, resolve any tenants’ fit out concerns and issues.
- Maintain all Fit-out related document and records. Ensure all drawing/layout are up to date.
- Visit and monitor site progress to ensure that completion schedules are met.
- Able to handle difficult tenants and contractors with professional approach
- Knowledge in detail drawings, familiar with laws governing the building management.

Minimum Requirement:
Diploma in Architectural/ Interior Design/Civil Engineering

Minimum 1 year experience in shop mall (Fit Out)

Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin.

Skills required:

- Able to handle difficult tenants and contractors with professional approach
- Computer literate; preferably proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in detail drawings, familiar with laws governing the building management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
