**Job Summary**

The Event Executive is responsible for the planning and execution of events. They oversee all aspects of event production, from initial concept to final cleanup. Their goal is to ensure that each event meets the needs of its Client while also meeting the standards set by the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event & Project**:

- Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate, and ensure that the event goes smoothly.
- Onsite execution and delivery of events.
- To take charge of company sales operations from clientele relationship until ideation.
- To extensive strategies, plan, conceptual, and execute all events coordination with the internal team and external parties, including business partners and suppliers.
- To handle internal event administration, including creating event forms, event analysis, etc.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- At least a recognized Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in Malay & English
- Ability to respond after-hours for important time-sensitive matters

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
