We are an innovative healthcare technology company that develops and distributes **Advanced Clinical Medical Panel Solutions** to improve how clinics, doctors, and employers manage patient care. Our system streamlines medical processes, enhances communication, and ensures data is securely managed.

As we grow, we are seeking a **Back-End Support Executive** to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our software platform.

**Role Overview**

This role is suitable for individuals who may not be from a technical background but are capable of managing support tickets, liaising with technical teams, and ensuring client issues are followed up and resolved efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the **first point of contact** for software issues reported by clinics, doctors, or corporate clients.
- **Log, track, and follow up** on system-related issues and ensure they are resolved by the technical team.
- Coordinate between the **technical developers** and the **users/clients** to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in **testing the system** when updates or bug fixes are released.
- Maintain basic **documentation and reports** on recurring issues, updates, and user feedback.
- Support data entry, checking of records, and assisting clients in using the platform.
- Ensure clients are updated on progress and resolution timelines.
- Provide **training or support materials** to users when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in any field (IT, Healthcare, Business, or Admin preferred).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with using online platforms.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Experience in healthcare, clinic systems, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
