Job title: Inside Sales Representative (English and Mandarin)

Location: Greater Kuala Lumpur - Onsite

Permanent role

Job Summary:
comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying

prospects, and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

▪ Engage with existing partners and/or on-boarding net new.

▪ Address customer issues and helping the sales team with upsell and renewals.

▪ Long term retention and ensuring customer has great experience.

▪ Provide pre and post-sales support for all products.

▪ Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience and drive higher product

adoption and spend

▪ Ability to identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients

▪ Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering

▪ Champion and produce success stories for customers who have had success in growing their

business by using our products have used our products to grow their business

Qualifications:
▪ Min 1 year Sales experience / B2B

▪ 1 year and above of bulk sales for IT hardware like mouse, monitors, printers, and keyboards.

▪ At least 0 - 3 years of sales experience

▪ Experience in B2B sales or Tele sales preferred.

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English or Mandarin or Cantonese)

▪ Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
