Assistant Manager, Group Risk Management

Assist the Sustainability Working Committee (SWC) in developing or evolving the Group reporting framework, materiality assessment and create a long term sustainability strategic road map with a goal to reduce environmental footprint, ensuring responsible supply chain management and developing insight towards industries in which it operates.
- Co-ordinate with business units to obtain, consolidate, validate & analyze the data for preparation of annual sustainability reporting based on BURSA and MCCG requirements and standard of reporting.
- Involve with SWC to facilitate identification, evaluation, monitoring and management ESG risks & opportunities; lead working groups and responsible to assist the committee in executing and implementing necessary ESG activities, action plans and target setting.
- Develop, implement and evaluate sustainability programs as planned to support sustainability objectives and pillars related to Economic, Environmental, Social and Governance (EESG)
- Provide support to Head of Group Risk Management and Sustainability in facilitate the implement of sustainability initiatives across the TCMH Group in order to create and maintain value for our customers, employees, other key stakeholders and the communities.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree with within a business or technical field (Finance, Economics, Sustainability) with a stellar record of academic achievement required.
- Have problem solving and structuring, quantitative analysis, communication and work-stream ownership skills.
- Able to demonstrate experience with ESG / sustainability topics and related research preferrred.
- Capacity to engage with senior stakeholders and ability to manage deadlines.
- Able to track record of leadership and initiative taking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, across multiple geographies and cultures as well as autonomously.
- Deeply passionate about sustainability and inherently curious.
- Ability to thrive in an environment that is fast paced and oftentimes ambiguous.
- Ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities, and are committed to seeking out new ways to make a difference.
- Have excellent verbal / written communication skills.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
