Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the advertising and marketing sector.

2. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights for advertising campaigns.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and incorporate research findings into advertising strategies.

4. Stay abreast of the latest developments in social media platforms, advertising technologies, and industry best practices.

5. Assist in the development of audience profiles and segmentation strategies based on research findings.

6. Utilize analytics tools to measure and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns across different media channels.

7. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.

8. Support the team in brainstorming sessions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

9. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align research findings with campaign objectives.

10. Stay informed about advancements in analytics tools and methodologies to enhance research capabilities.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Research Officer or similar role.

2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

3. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

5. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

7. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
