Office Operation Executive

Manage and prepare invoices (SQL) for clients, handle petty cash and other office related payments
- Liaise with an accountant on invoicing and payment receiving.
- To deal with general correspondence with internal and external parties.
- Prepare company sales report, financial report, productivity report and etc.
- Assist director and HR in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
- Assists in drawing up employment documentation, such as offer letter, confirmation letter, termination letter, increment letter, warning letter etc.
- Conduct an orientation program for the newly joiners.
- Promote and manage company Public Relation in Social Media, print media, video, and others (can outsource or do in-house)
- Coordinate employee work schedule and delegates tasks.
- Gather, compile, verify and analyses information/documents for the executives to be used for the weekly and monthly meeting (sales report/productivity report/production report/etc)
- Support managing director to do research and sourcing for talents on the higher-level search project.
- Responsible to assist managing director internal and external interview to follow up and updates.
- Handle and resolve any disputes within or related to the company, in support of the director.
- Support director to do research and sourcing for talents on the higher-level search project.
- Assist director to follow up on any inquiries with client and updates.
- Set project goals, and devise new methods for improving.
- Responsible for office facilities, upkeep and maintenance, stationery and etc
- Manage meetings and notes.
- Reports to director with any issues, problems, updates, or questions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in related field and **Fresh Graduates are most welcome-**:
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office and fast learning agility with other online tools and platforms.
- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
