**Role Overview**

The Operations Executive / Junior Operations Officer plays a key role in supporting and managing underwater cleaning and inspection operations by divers. The position involves planning, coordination, and execution of services such as hull cleaning, propeller polishing, and underwater inspections, while ensuring compliance with company standards and international regulations. Depending on experience and seniority, the role may focus on either supporting tasks (Junior Officer) or leading operations and stakeholder management (Executive).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing underwater services (e.g., hull cleaning, propeller polishing, underwater inspections).
- Coordinate with diving teams, vessel operators, local agents, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects, identify potential issues, and support or implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and relevant international maritime regulations.
- Prepare, review, and manage documentation including service reports, invoices, and operational records.
- Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and archives of all operational documentation.
- Provide administrative and day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Liaise with commercial lines, suppliers, and other stakeholders for timely communication and coordination.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with the company’s quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethics policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- For Operations Executive: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in marine operations, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of commercial diving and underwater operations will be an advantage.

**Career Path**

This role offers growth opportunities, with Junior Operations Officers progressing to Operations Executive positions upon gaining experience, and Executives developing into senior management roles within the operations department.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
