Operations Executive

About Us

We are an education company looking for a motivated and responsible individual with a good working attitude to join our team as an Operations Executive. This is a remote / work-from home role where you will play a key part in supporting our consultants and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Data collection: Complete documents and forms accurately and on time.
  • Client Follow-Up: Communicate with clients to collect information, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Report Generation: Assist in preparing reports and handling data as required.
  • Liasing with vendors: Ordering collateral and other purchases.
  • Consultant Support: Work closely with in-house consultants to coordinate tasks and documentation for client engagements.
  • Task Tracking: Keeping consultants on track with their clients

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (any field).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Malay.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and email.
  • Able to work independently from home (remote role).
  • Preferably based in Johor.
  • Must demonstrate a positive, proactive, and good working attitude.

Work Arrangement

  • Work-from-home position.
  • During the free-lance stage: 30 hrs / week
  • Standard working hours upon conversion to contract and beyond: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (1 hour lunch break).

Career Path & Compensation

  • Freelance (First 3 Months): RM12/hr. This stage allows us to evaluate performance and fit.
  • Contract (6 Months or Earlier): RM2,000 per month. Conversion from freelance to contract is based on performance.
  • Permanent Position (After 6 Months or Earlier): Starting at RM2,500 per month. Eligible for salary increment, with opportunities for long-term growth.
