OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise and support the customer service team to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle job scheduling, customer follow-ups, and service progress updates.
  • Manage stock and coordinate ordering of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Support management in staff discipline, training, and overall operation improvement.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently.
  • Able to multitask and manage day-to-day activities efficiently.
  • Experience in service or retail industry is an advantage.
