About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Mall Operation Officer / Executive to join our team at Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shopping mall located in Johor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and success of our retail space.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and supervising the work of the mall's operations team, including cleaners, security guards, and maintenance staff
  2. Monitoring and ensuring that the mall's facilities, equipment, and common areas are well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards
  3. Handling tenant inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  4. Implementing and enforcing mall policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers
  5. Assisting with the planning and execution of mall events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance the customer experience
  6. Preparing and submitting regular reports on the mall's operational performance and any significant incidents

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar mall operations or retail management role
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, customers, and team members
  4. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues and implement solutions
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
