**Position Summary**:
Responsible in handling all coordination between Sales team and office/production.

To support sales related activities and optimize Sales efforts to achieve targets and objective, towards increasing company profits and prompt collection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Sales team in handling customers’ orders and documentation
- Preparing order on timely manner, and ensure they are being processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer’s orders, enquiries and delivery are handled efficiently
- To assist Sales in monitoring and follow up closely with customers on all overdues collection
- Developing and maintaining systematic filing systems for easy retrieval and audit purposes
- Maintain up-to-date sales records and incoming job status for Sales to analyze and make necessary actions to ensure on track with targets and objectives.
- Work closely with Sales team and keep track on all orders in hand, turning them into confirm sales
- Coordinate closely with other Departments to ensure all customer complaints and rejections are being attended promptly and necessary arrangement been taken to ensure all cases closed within 7 working days
- All customer’s CAR/NCR or complaint form must be acknowledged and reply within 7 working days, if not, customer must be well informed of the delay and reason
- Ensure all customer’s requirements, change of specification and latest activities being reported in the weekly Sales meeting and also communicated clearly to the production for necessary actions to be taken

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience as Internal Sales or Customer Service.
- **Willing to work based in Singapore.**
