· Support sales activities & coordination.

· Communicate & liaise with customers to identify & develop business opportunities.

· Administer for marketing activities & promotion campaign.

· Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.

· Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and presentations.

· Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documents.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a professional manner.

· Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

· Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to fulfil customer orders.

· Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales presentations, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reports.

Requirement:

· Must possess at least STPM/A Level/Pre-U/Advance Graduate Diploma or equivalent;

· Required language(s): fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia;

· At least 1- 2 year working experience in related field or in sales co-ordination equivalent;

· Computer literate;

· Good communication & interpersonal skill;

· Independent & self-starter;

· Age: 25 years & above.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
