Job Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Media Sales & Client Acquisition

* Proactively identify and approach potential clients (corporates, brands, PR agencies, and government bodies) to promote Mahsia Media's advertising and exposure packages, including TV, radio, news, outdoor, and digital media.

* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Handle client enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and close deals effectively.

2.⁠ ⁠Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

* Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

3.⁠ ⁠Project Coordination & Execution

* Coordinate with internal departments (content, creative, PR, and media planning) to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Ensure client commitments are met on time and within budget.

4.⁠ ⁠Market Research & Business Development

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new advertising opportunities.

* Support marketing and promotional events such as exhibitions, launches, and partnership briefings.

5.⁠ ⁠Sales Reporting & Administration

* Prepare weekly sales reports, client pipelines, and payment tracking updates.

* Maintain accurate customer records and CRM database.

Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠Education:

* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related field.

2.⁠ ⁠Experience:

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, media, or advertising.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

* Experience in media sponsorships, advertising sales, or brand partnerships is an added advantage.

3.⁠ ⁠Skills:

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus).

* Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities.

* Good client servicing, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

* Familiar with social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing concepts.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for proposal and report preparation.
