Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Admin Marketing to join our growing team. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, and supporting promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop marketing materials such as posters, captions, and product highlights.
- Coordinate closely with HQ marketing team for campaign approvals, reporting, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive leads and improve customer reach.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support in organizing events, roadshows, and on-ground marketing activities.
- Liaise with third-party vendors, designers, and media when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of working experience in marketing or social media management preferred (fresh grads are welcome to apply).
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Passionate, creative, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Day: Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5.00pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
