Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive, Career Services (QS Focus)

I am seeking a passionate and driven Career Services Executive / Senior Executive (QS specialization) to join our team at INTI. This role focuses on building and sustaining industry partnerships, enhancing employer reputation, and supporting our QS ranking initiatives.

Key Duties


• Develop and maintain productive relationships with industry partners


• Collaborate on employer branding & visibility efforts


• Work with Career Services units on cross-functional initiatives


• Identify and liaise with industry contacts for QS nomination


• Support Head of Unit in submitting annual QS employer nominations


• Coordinate events/activities aligned with QS rankings


• Remind past nominated employers about QS surveys


• Manage external employer surveys and contact databases


• Facilitate communication among faculties, employers & internal units

You Should Have


• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Comm, PR


• Fresh graduates welcome; 2-3 years' relevant experience for senior level


• Extra advantage if you are proficient in another language such as Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, or Spanish (both spoken & written)


• Strong communication, relationship building, and people skills
