Overview:

EQ Perintis is a growing education company specializing in Mathematics and Science programs for primary and secondary students. We are looking for a proactive and creative Admin cum Marketing to manage student administration, communication, and marketing activities — ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties

  • Manage student registration, class schedules, and attendance records.
  • Handle tuition fee tracking, payment reminders, and receipts.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate class updates, replacements, and teacher scheduling.
  • Communicate professionally with parents and students via WhatsApp or phone calls.
  • Maintain and update student databases and documents.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks at the tuition centre.

Marketing Duties

  • Plan and execute daily social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create engaging captions, posters, and short videos to promote classes and seminars.
  • Assist in managing paid advertisements (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Prepare WhatsApp blast messages for promotions and announcements.
  • Monitor marketing performance and suggest creative improvement ideas.
  • Collaborate with the teaching and management team to plan marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
