Position: Admin – Human Resources Unit
Location: Klinik Anda Kuala Selangor
Department: Human Resources
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in administration or HR (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documents and employee files
- Support recruitment processes such as interview scheduling and candidate documentation
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR database
- Handle general correspondence, internal memos, and HR notices
- Assist with employee welfare activities and internal events
- Maintain proper filing systems for HR documents (manual and digital)
