Adecco is seeking an Admin Assistant Manager for a client in the General Affairs and Operations Management department. This role involves overseeing administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies and regulations. The Admin Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing document and archive processes, visa and contract administration, license renewals, reception coordination, and providing operational support across the organization. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain efficient administrative operations. The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR & Admin and will be based at the client's office location, starting in December 2025.

- at least Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Have experience in administration, HR, or operations management

- Proficient in MS Office and common office management software
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
