Kampung Baharu Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia LAPANGAN KOTA SDN. BHD. Full time 120,000 - 240,000 per year

(a)  Understand development concept and design and can provide constructive inputs to consultants regularly during technical meetings and discussion;

(b)  Analyse project risks, identify delays, and propose corrective actions;

(c)   Check and review plans by consultants for design confirmation and submission to relevant authorities from inception to completion;

(d)  Check and review SPA documentation, drawings and specification to ensure compliance to quality standard expected of products to be delivered to purchasers;

(e)  Well versed with land development/approval procedures and current authorities' guidelines and policies;

(f)   Selection and appointment of project consultants and contractors, coordinate with the consultants involved in the planning implementation and completion of the projects.

(g)  Prepare development project brief, which include setting time, cost and quality objectives for the project;

(h)  Liaise with Sales & Marketing department to ensure materials produced are in order with approved plans;

(i)   Set goals for respective projects based on Company's plan.

(j)   Prepare and present monthly reports on projects operations to management; and

(k)   Liaise and follow up with relevant authorities for the approval of KM, BP, EW, Infra and CCC of the project.

(l)    Coordinate with respective departments for planning, design, tendering, implementation and completion of the project.

(m) Preparation of master implementation program of the project.

(n)  Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.
