How You Will Create An Impact

• Organizing and participating in review meetings (production, design, contracts, planning) to support quick decisions
• Monitoring all production activities, including inventory management, order planning, maintenance, and process optimization
• Leading and coordinating the production team with regard to daily tasks, production progress, and resource utilization
• Responsibility for procuring production aids, PPE, and other operating resources
• Responsibility for personnel planning: shift planning, vacation approval, overtime regulations, and requesting production personnel
• Ensuring quality and product safety by minimizing internal and external errors (NCRs) and implementing training measures
• Ensuring safe, clean, and standardized working conditions in accordance with 5S and ISO specifications

What Are We Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or manufacturing supervision, preferably in a structured industrial environment
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams, coordinate daily operations, and make timely decisions under pressure
• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, maintenance coordination, and quality management (incl. NCR handling)
• Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and implementation of 5S and safety standards
• Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of ISO documentation requirements is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and results-oriented working style
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
