**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients in-person
- Explore market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools
- Own transport and willingness to travel extensively.
- Based in Puncak Alam.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
