**1. AI System Research**
- Gather and study the necessary features, functions, directions, and guidelines for AI systems.
- Analyze and identify system requirements based on departmental services and operational workflows.
- Explore available AI solutions in the market and shortlist systems that best match organizational needs, based on:

- Features and functionality
- User interface (UI) and user experience (UX)
- Pricing

**2. Vendor & Supplier Engagement**
- Register and evaluate AI systems with free trials to test functionality.
- Engage with vendors or suppliers of shortlisted systems that do not offer trials.
- Request and coordinate product demonstrations with selected vendors or suppliers.
- Evaluate and compare shortlisted systems based on:

- Features and functionality
- UI/UX quality
- Pricing models
- Document all research findings and analyses in an organized and accessible format.
- Identify and recommend the most suitable AI system after reviewing demonstrations.

**3. Coordination with Internal & External Departments**
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external department heads, managers, and team leads.
- Arrange for selected departments to test shortlisted AI systems.
- Collect and consolidate user feedback from departments post-trial.
- Prepare and present a final proposal to management for AI system subscription approval.

**4. AI System Setup & Deployment**
- Work with the Accounts and Finance team to manage subscription processes.
- Oversee the setup and implementation of the chosen AI system on the scheduled deployment date.
- Develop comprehensive user guides and handbooks for system usage.
- Announce and launch the AI system officially to the organization.
- Monitor system performance and provide support as needed.
- Conduct a performance review or feedback survey one month after deployment.

- Knowledgeable and familiar with current technology trends.
- Keen to explore more on systems and tools

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
