**IT / Tech InternshipJob Description**

**1. AI System Research**
- Gather and review required AI system features, functions, directions, and guidelines.
- Analyse and define requirements based on departmental services and operational workflows.
- Research available AI systems in the market and shortlist those that best match company needs based on:

- Features and functions
- User interface (UI) and user experience (UX)
- Pricing
- **Vendor / Supplier Engagement & Management**:

- Register trial accounts to test shortlisted AI systems (if free trials are available).
- Contact and liaise with vendors/suppliers for systems without free trials.
- Request and coordinate AI system demonstrations from vendors/suppliers.
- Compare shortlisted systems based on features, UI/UX, and pricing.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all research, analysis, and comparisons.
- Recommend the most suitable AI system after vendor demonstrations.

**2. Coordination with Internal & External Departments**
- Communicate with internal and external department heads, managers, and team leads.
- Arrange for relevant departments to test shortlisted AI systems.
- Collect and consolidate feedback from departments after trials.
- Prepare and present an AI system proposal to company management for subscription approval.

**3. AI System Setup & Deployment**
- Coordinate with the Accounts & Finance team for subscription processing.
- Oversee AI system setup and execute deployment plans.
- Create user guides and handbooks prior to deployment.
- Announce and launch the AI system company-wide.
- Provide monitoring and technical support as needed after launch.
- Conduct performance surveys or gather feedback one month post-deployment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related fields.
- Knowledge of current technology trends.
- Eagerness to explore new systems and tools.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
