**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and lead weekly and monthly meetings with actionable outcomes for KPI Performance.
- Manage HR Administration & Documentation - Maintain employee records and HR databases, Manage HR software and HRIS systems, Oversee leave management and employee attendance,
- Plan Workforce Planning - Maintain an active talent pipeline to ensure staffing coverage for retail operations
- Execute Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare Training Plan & Development of Team
- Payroll & Compensation Administration
- Maintain HR Operations & Compliance, Update Handbook
- Plan and execute Health, Safety & Welfare for team - Ensure workplace health and safety standards, Organize wellness programs, and Conduct workplace safety training and compliance audits
- Employer Branding & Execute HR Projects - Organize company events, CSR initiatives, and HR campaigns, Support change management initiatives
- Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
- Performance Management - KPI, Coordinate performance appraisals and feedback session, Track employee progress and career development, Support HOD in setting goals and KPIs, Identify training needs and organize development programs

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience with at least **5+ years in HR within one company**.
- Educational background in HR (Diploma/Degree preferred).
- Experience with handling JTK, law
- Strong **knowledge of Malaysian employment laws** and regulations.
- Demonstrates **critical thinking** and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in policies and agreements.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to HR metrics.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and HRIS/talent management systems.
