**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Executive to oversee our human resources operations. The HR Executive will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. This position is pivotal in driving our organization's HR function to support our continued growth and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain employee personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Assist in company building management and maintenance.
- Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
- Monitor staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal processes.
- Manage and maintain leave and off in lieu administration.
- Handle staffs’ medical and insurances matters, i.e., enrolment, deletion, claim, yearly renewal, etc.
- Monitor company assets, including assets dedicated to employees.
- To maintain the confidentiality of HR information at all times.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Liaise with government agencies or related parties when required.
- Manage all issues related to building management. Liaise with contractors/PIC to ensure issues are resolved.
- PIC for pantry management. Responsible for the monthly and weekly stock replenishment to ensure staff welfare is taken care of.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of related HR experience.
- Well versed and knowledgeable of local employment laws and statutory.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Matured, self-motivated, disciplined and reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
