ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute loading shipment transactions.
- Work with BU, factory, logistics and operation teams to resolve issues.
- Review short-term and long-term forecast and prepare capacity accordingly, work with capacity planning to update production capacity in i2 weekly basis.
- Monitor materials status to reduce the influence from material shortage.
- Master schedule, weekly build plan fulfillment.
- Retail and OEM order fulfillment with 100% OTD.
- Manage inventory turns at CMs, timely dispose excess/OBS/Non net inventory to achieve the goals.
- Co-work with engineer team on New Product qualification and ramp up.
- Problem solving on hold lot/MRB lot.
- Drive process improvements in production planning/B2B.
- Department KPI and Reports.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:

- Good skill at Excel, PowerPoint
- Good planning, analytical skills.
- Familiar with MES system, experience with SAP.
- Material plan skills preferred

PREFERRED:

- Fluent English oral and written abilities.
- Industrial engineering background preferred
