**Position Overview**

A retail Area Manager oversees the operations and performance of retail stores within a given area or district. They typically report to the retail head office and serve as a liaison between regional branches and the company's headquarters.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. To facilitating staff development.

To Facilitating Staff Development

Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment. By directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs.

Plan, implement and set goals and objectives for stores to ensuring quality consistency across the district and increasing sales and profitability in their district.

Inventory management. Overseeing pricing and inventory control of each store.

Motivate and Inspire teams to meet KPIs and exceptional customer service.

To oversee the day-to-day work and operations of employees to ensure adherence to organization guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related studies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail as an Area Manager or similar role preferably from footwear retail industry.

Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

An energetic and results-oriented sales personality

**Benefits**:
Basic - 4,500 - 5,000.00

Expected Monthly Income 4,800.00 - 5,200.00
