**Digital Banking Customer Service Agents**

Join our team and become a vital part of our digital banking customer service We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to assist our customers with their banking needs.

**Working Location: CP Tower Section 16, Petaling Jaya, (** Near the MRT Phileo Damansara station )

**Working hours: 24-7 rotation shifts, Monday - Sunday, 5 working days & 2 rotational off days (7am
- 4pm, 9am
- 6pm, 2pm
- 11pm, 10.30pm - 7.30am)**

**Basic Salary**:
**From 2,400- RM 3,000**
**Mandarin speaking allowance: RM500**
**Quaterly KPI monthly allowance: RM400- RM1,800.00** **(Min to Max)**
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues related to digital banking products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customers.
- Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking-related inquiries.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inbound CS Banking / Financial Institution / e-Wallet / Payment Gateway Solution (GrabPay, ShopeePay, iPay88, Boost, etc)
- Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills in English are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in working with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital banking products and services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (24/7).

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
