Job Description

Join our digital banking team as a Customer Service Officer to support customers using our online banking services. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot digital transactions, and assist with product knowledge to ensure a seamless banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding digital banking platforms.

  • Guide customers on mobile app and internet banking usage.

  • Resolve issues related to account access, transaction errors, and technical problems.

  • Educate customers about features, security practices, and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate complex cases.

  • Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level certificate; Diploma/Degree preferred.

  • 1+ year experience in customer service, preferably banking or finance.

  • Basic knowledge of digital banking, mobile apps, and online platforms.

  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Problem-solving mindset and patience when handling customers.

  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
