The Role
As our Digital Sales Manager, you will take the lead in driving sales performance and shaping the future growth of our agency. Based in Petaling Jaya, you'll manage and inspire a sales team, build strong client relationships, and close meaningful deals that make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Generate and qualify leads, then convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities across industries
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align campaigns with sales goals
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Track record of leading and motivating a sales team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Background in the digital consultancy or technology industry (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
