About the team
Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create, and connect. The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training, and iteration under TikTok and other international products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction. You will have the opportunity to join the fast-growing space of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products.

As a Language Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality in labeling to enhance AI model accuracy. You will be required to align on labeling standards and guidelines of language features with relevant stakeholders and drive continuous enhancement.
Responsibilities
- You will perform daily sampling tasks for one or multiple projects in your working language.
- You will conduct thorough data analysis, feedback problems, handle appeals, and provide feedback on labeling quality.
- You will provide feedback and analysis on policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
- You will work closely with Project POC and Project QA to ensure the labeling quality is up to standard.
- You will work with AI Lab team or Model Training team to align and enhance the labeling guideline based on the language feature.
- You will work with a number of different cross-functional teams.
- You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese as the role will oversee Vietnam market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree linguistic background is preferred.
- Pay attention to detail and is comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
- Possess strong learning ability, cross-department communication, and collaboration skills.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature.
- Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. With data processing, experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
