**Summary**:*
**Responsibilities**:*
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and market research. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Solution Selling:* Consultatively advise clients on optimal social media strategies, leveraging our platform's technical capabilities to drive measurable results. Understand their business needs and translate these into customized solutions that meet their specific objectives.
- Technical Expertise:* Possess a comprehensive understanding of the nuances of various ad platform features, targeting options, measurement tools, and API integrations. Provide technical demonstrations and training to clients.
- Sales Cycle Management:* Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the process. Track progress using designated CRM tools.
- Presentation & Communication:* Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects and clients, tailoring your approach to each audience. Clearly articulate the value proposition and demonstrate a strong understanding of the platform's functionality.
- Relationship Building:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all things social media marketing. Proactively address client needs and anticipate potential challenges.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to demonstrate client success and identify areas for optimization. Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration:* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Continuous Learning:* Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing and advertising.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in ISR and IT Sales
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quota attainment.
- Exposure or experience in IT sales such as HP, Dell, Lenovo and the like products.
- Must have cold calling and an aggressive attitude. (30-40 calls on daily basis)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
- Excellent communicaton, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Mandarin & English Speaker
- Big plus if has experience in supporting Singapore market
**Bonus Points**:
- Experience with social media API integrations.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients.
- Relevant industry certifications.
