**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The main task of the customer service / interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese
- speaking persons.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
- Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.
