RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring data is organized and easily accessible.
- Prepare and process security reports, incident logs, and other documentation as required.
- Assist with the preparation of security contracts, proposals, and other related documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about services.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the coordination of security staff schedules and assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS
- SPM, diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Typically office-based, with occasional site visits depending on the company’s needs.
- Standard office hours, but flexibility might be required for urgent tasks or special events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
