Human Resources:
- Responsible for attendance management, leave, and disciplinary records.
- Responsible for monthly payroll, EPF, Socso and others.
- Well verse in all government rules & regulation under the employment act.
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Administration:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing office records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries in both English and Chinese, addressing concerns and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient cross-cultural communication.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
