Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in arranging interviews, scheduling sessions, and coordinating with candidates
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and data analysis using Excel
- Update and maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation
- Assist with onboarding tasks and preparation of HR-related documents
- Support staff activities, meetings, and engagement programs
- Provide general administrative support to the GM, People & Culture
- Assist in People & Culture projects and process improvements
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or related field
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas) or willing to learn on this
Good proficiency in Word & PowerPoint
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up on tasks independently
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Able to read Chinese is an added advantage (not mandatory)
