**Key Responsibilities**:
- Help maintain and update employee records and files.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents (forms, reports).
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Support HR admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and document tracking.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or team.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
