1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring completion of forms, induction, and orientation.
- Maintain updated records of vacancies, candidate pipelines, and interview outcomes.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Support annual EA form issuance and payroll audits.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records (personal files, leave, medical claims, disciplinary actions).
- Draft and translate HR-related documents, memos, and notices in bilingual/trilingual formats (English, Malay, Chinese, Nepali, Bengali).
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and compliance documentation.
4. Managerial Support
- Execute ad-hoc assignments and operational tasks as delegated by the HR & Admin Manager.
- Participate in staff engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; multilingual ability is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
