Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

Reporting To: HR & EHS Manager

We're representing a European aerospace and manufacturing organization that designs and produces advanced landing, braking, and aircraft system components for global aviation partners.

The Malaysia site, with 200–300 employees, plays a key role in regional operations — driving continuous improvement, data-driven efficiency, and employee development. The company operates using the SAP system and fosters a strong Learning & Development culture, with 5–10 training sessions conducted weekly.


Main Responsibilities

Learning & Development (Core Focus)

  • Act as the main point of contact for all L&D programs and analytics.
  • Maintain and analyze training data; track HRDC Fund utilization and budget performance.
  • Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan and Calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data insights; propose improvements.
  • Lead onboarding/orientation programs and monitor induction completion.
  • Prepare and present training dashboards and reports for management review.

Employee Relations & Administration

  • Coordinate placement and support for expats, interns, and outsourced staff.
  • Track contract compliance, workforce costs, and maintain HR documentation.
  • Manage office administration including supplies, vendor coordination, and cost tracking.
  • Support HR digitization and system-based reporting initiatives.

Projects & Engagement

  • Assist in HR policy reviews, compliance monitoring, and process improvement projects.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities; collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in safety, health, and sustainability programs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or HR Operations.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
  • Prior experience managing HR or L&D functions for a 200–300 headcount preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VBA/macros ideal).
  • Experience using Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other HRIS/LMS systems.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HRDC, and HR compliance requirements.
