The opportunity

MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD' is seeking a talented and experienced Executive (QA & Licensing) to join our team in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain high standards of product and service quality
  2. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and requirements
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality assurance and licensing activities
  6. Provide training and guidance to other team members on quality assurance best practices
  7. Assist in the preparation and submission of licensing applications and renewals

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of quality management systems, testing and inspection methods, and industry regulations and standards
  3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  4. Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
