About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (AP & Inventory) to join our dynamic team at MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD. As a full-time role based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, this position plays a crucial part in our Accounting and Reporting functions, supporting the company's financial operations and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  2. Maintain and reconcile inventory records, tracking stock levels and movements
  3. Prepare and analyse financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making
  4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
  6. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or inventory management
  2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  6. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
