Monitor Warehouse Operation in day-to-day task in processing of goods including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Sorting, Scanning, Distributing and Organizing of goods:

- Assist Warehouse Executive in lead, manage and organize Warehouse's division in the department to ensure orderly execution of day to day activities;
- Monitoring the work of division's subordinates, identify processes for improvement, and provide coaching, training to the team over the work;
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure adherence to procedures and set productivity targets are met;
- Ensure housekeeping of the division and department with focus on cleanliness and safety aspects;
- Maintaining good customer service with internal and external customers and vendors;
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment;
- Assisting with procurement of non trade items, repairing for machineries maintaining records;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum with SPM qualification;
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia & English (written & spoken);
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office), warehouse system & RFID system;
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in store/warehouse environment;
- Ability to follow our cultures and work towards Company vision, mission and core values;
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Experience operating machinery (e.g. forklift/lift truck) is an advantage;
- Capable of lifting cartons weighing not less than 10.00kg.
