In this role, you'll not only analyze data but also contribute to optimizing business processes. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Work with **Microsoft Excel** to analyze sales and operational data.
- Develop actionable insights from **POS system** data to support decision-making.
- Present findings through clear and concise reports for management.
- **Operational Data Support**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline and improve workflows.
- Provide data-driven solutions to enhance day-to-day business operations.
- Support the troubleshooting and maintenance of POS systems.
- **Outstation Support**:

- Occasionally travel to support outstation operations and provide on-ground insights.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in **Mandarin** (spoken and written).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**; familiarity with **POS systems** is a bonus.
- **Mobility**: Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
