**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Collection & Analysis**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources and other relevant business metrics.
- Develop insights on customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points to support community managers in improving resident satisfaction and retention.

**Reporting & Visualization**:

- Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including resident acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and resource optimization.

**Market Research & Benchmarking**:

- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark performance against industry standards and local competitors.
- Stay informed about industry trends, co-living space utilization patterns, and demographic shifts impacting the co-living market.

**Data-driven Strategy Development**:

- Work closely with the strategy team to provide data insights that inform the development of new co-living spaces and enhance existing locations.
- Assist in pricing strategy development, forecasting, and budget planning based on data analysis and predictive modeling.

**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with community managers, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment on data-driven strategies.
- Provide data support for community-building initiatives, feedback systems, and resident engagement programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or a similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CRM and property management software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
