Plans, schedules and coordinates all designated work requirements to technician teams
- To reinforce and replacement to work operation as many be directed by Maintenance Manager from time to time.
- Repairs and maintains all air-conditioning equipment, refrigeration units, piping, etc.
- Submits daily a progress report of works executed and in progress.
- Supervises and ensures that all technicians work progress are and proper procedures are being carried out at the projects they are working on
- Develop and improve operational processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior management team to implement strategic plan, improvement initiatives and re-engineer processes where appropriate and necessary
- Foster team work and best working environment for employees to achieve best employee experiences and business results
- To ensure timely response and resolution of all customer complaints either by assigning, assisting or attending to all such requests.
- To ensure timely completion of all scheduled activities.
- Ensure submission of all reports and other relevant documents as stipulated by the management.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Able to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
- Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy
- Take cares all the sites and organise team for aircond service.

Technician Supervisor Qualifications Requirements:

- Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 4 years experiences in Air Conditioning/Mechanical system operation and maintenance
- Minimum 3 year of work as a technician supervisor
- Have a GDL license (preferred)
- Work locations: Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur
- Monday to Saturday (9.00am - 5.30pm)

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
